The Egyptian Human Resource Management Association (EHRMA) was born as an idea many years ago, but only reached the point where the idea became reality and on the first of October 2000, when the Association was licensed by the Ministry of Social Affairs.

EHRMA’s commitments are articulated as goals the Association hopes to achieve. Within each goal are a series of objectives and actions that will focus and direct the startup of our Association. Continued discussion and resulting actions will need to be addressed by EHRMA’s founding Board of Directors so that progress towards each goal is made.

The plan will chart the start up of the Association and provides the framework for on-going evaluation and planning over the first three years. In this way EHRMA will continue the process of thinking strategically and planning, all of which will ensure relevance of direction and achievement over time.
